I'm really glad you're here.

Over the years, I've come to believe that many of the ways we cope, react, and relate to others begin to make sense when we understand what we've been through.

So many of the people I work with have spent years feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated with themselves. They've tried hard to change, yet find themselves caught in the same patterns again and again.

My role isn't to judge those patterns or tell you who you should be. It's to help you understand them with compassion, so together we can discover what's been keeping you stuck and create new experiences that allow lasting change to happen.

I believe healing begins with understanding not because insight alone creates change, but because it's much easier to move forward when you're no longer fighting yourself.

Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to live.

My office in Manotick is a quiet, comfortable space designed to help you settle in. If you enjoy dogs, you'll likely be greeted by my friendly yellow Lab, Vinny, who is often nearby during sessions.
